About the job Account Manager - Telco and IT

As an Account Manager for Telecommunications , you will own and grow enterprise client accounts by driving revenue expansion, strengthening client relationships, and delivering long-term commercial value across technology solutions for telco clients. You will play a key role in scaling accounts through structured planning, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive client engagement within the telecommunications sector.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

Revenue Growth & Account Expansion

  • Own the commercial performance of assigned telecommunications accounts and deliver against revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute structured account growth plans aligned with client needs and business objectives.
  • Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Managed Services, Cloud and Infrastructure, Data and Analytics, and IT Staff Augmentation.
