The Process Analyst role is responsible for supporting one or several processes, including, but not limited to monitoring calls, researching and providing responses to customer queries and disputes, routing for review of open items, etc. across customer-initiated associate touchpoints, and customer-impacting back-office activities for Regulatory and Procedural compliance and/or optimal customer experienceThe role is responsible for executing the assigned support processes in a timely and accurate manner in adherence to documented procedural and compliance requirements.
