**ABOUT PAYJOY**PayJoy is looking for an Account Management Representative in Mexico who will act as a farming and growth lead.This role requires a strong sales attitude, identifying growth opportunities, providing valuable insights to key stakeholders, supporting and executing business plans and strategies, and addressing operational issues on a day-to-day basis.
**Responsibilities**:- You will be responsible for keeping PayJoy partners actively selling monthly and daily;- You will develop and manage relationships directly with customers, grow existing business, develop new projects, and support customers and your team with account and market knowledge;- You will collaborate with the rest of the commercial team to ensure the achievement of sales targets,- You will work cross functionally to develop better processes and reporting that improves our partners' operations.
