Job Description

The Role


  • Proactively prospect and acquire new clients through direct sales

  • Develop and implement sales service strategies to achieve sales targets

  • Ensure that all new and renewal business, mid-term amendments, and general inquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally.

  • Develop and manage new/existing SME accounts

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success

  • Proactive management, supervision, and monitoring of an existing pool of accounts to achieve optimum cross-selling opportunities

  • Successfully master all operational challenges in the sales and delivery process for clients

  • Own the relationship with individual, small, and medium size clients and ensure great customer journey throughout

  • Act as a Deputy for colleagues/Account Executives when they are absent

  • Support Account Executives to ensure full compliance with the placement process
