Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree of any field.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Sales experience in Lighting, Hardware, Paints, Tiles and other equivalent industries.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Honest and trustworthy.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow the business by generating new leads, expanding sales territories and business opportunities.
• Will saturate specific areas based on current location or address.
• Identify sales prospects via research & site visit to convert prospects into leads.
• Assist clients in fulfilling necessary information and documents for credit assessment.
• Create quotations and fulfil clients’ lighting requirements in a timely manner.
