Job Description
The Account Specialist role is a hybrid role focused on sales, account management, and service. You will work in a team environment responsible for managing, retaining, and driving revenue growth within existing client relationships. You will be our client liaison partnering with multiple internal departments including: ClientCare, Billing, Product, Technical Support, and Implementation. 
You will report to Senior Manager of Vertical and Middle Markets Sales.
Resolve inbound client inquiries.
Make outbound phone calls and email to existing clients
Enhance existing client relationships by focusing on service needs, research, and special projects.
Provide product training to clients to ensure use of Experian services.
Identify renewal and upsell opportunities.
Monitor and understand client usage behaviors to identify and address new trends.
