Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/finance (essential)

2-3+ years' Financial Management

Own the full accounting function across the property portfolio

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports

Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting

Handle VAT, tax submissions, and statutory compliance

Work closely with property managers and directors on deal financials
