Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recording and maintaining financial transactions
  • Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and official receipts
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations and track cash balances
  • Maintain organized financial records
  • Assist in preparing financial reports
  • Support payroll processing and government remittance
  • Assist with tax compliance and required government filings
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and auditors
  • Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; experience is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of taxation, audit, BIR, and government remittances
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Able to handle confidential information
  • Good communication skills
