Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recording and maintaining financial transactions
- Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and official receipts
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and track cash balances
- Maintain organized financial records
- Assist in preparing financial reports
- Support payroll processing and government remittance
- Assist with tax compliance and required government filings
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and auditors
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of taxation, audit, BIR, and government remittances
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Able to handle confidential information
- Good communication skills
