What you'll be doing Maintaining a full set of accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger Handle tax matters including the quarterly GST filing and corporate tax. preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Reconciling bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts Providing support for internal and external audits Prepare and submit staff annual income tax -IR8A Collaborating with the finance team and other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient financial practices What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a full-cycle accounting role, preferably in the construction industry Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, including GST regulations and reporting requirements Proficient in the use of ABSS(MYOB) and quickbook accounting software Strong proficiency in financial accounting and reporting, stron...
