Job Title: RTR Analyst / Record to Report Associate Experience: 2 Years Location: Pune Shift timings - Night shift Job Description: We are seeking finance professionals with 2 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) operations. The candidate will be responsible for supporting general accounting activities, month-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments. Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end close activities. Maintain General Ledger accounts and ensure accounting accuracy. Analyze and resolve accounting discrepancies. Assist in financial reporting and audit requirements.
