Accountant
The Accountant is responsible for managing and monitoring the companys financial records, transactions, and reporting processes to support the daily operations of the food business. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards and government regulations, and proper monitoring of operational costs, inventory, and branch financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Monitor daily sales, cash flow, and branch financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Monitor food cost, inventory variances, operational expenses, and profitability of branches/stores.
