Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  2. Document financial transactions by entering account information.
  3. Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  4. Summarize current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
  5. Perform monthly bookkeeping and accounting for clients.
  6. Handle general accounting functions such as journal entries, general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and month-end accrual preparation.
  7. Develop and implement improved accounting policies and procedures.
  8. Perform other accounting and general office duties as required.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience
  • complete mandatory requirements
