Job Description
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and insurance industry standards, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Review and analyze financial data, providing insights to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
