Accounting Assistant – Accounts Payable
Responsibilities
- Monitor and process daily payables and payment requests (POs, contractor billings, importation funds, shipments, rentals, loans).
- Coordinate with suppliers and departments to resolve payment issues and verify invoice accuracy.
- Receive and verify invoices, receiving reports, and importation documents.
- Prepare Payable Vouchers, BIR Form 2307, and journal entries for expenses and adjustments.
- Record transactions in the Payable Journal, General Journal, and Trial Balance for monthly financial statements.
