Job Description

Job Responsibilities
Handle full sets of accounts and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. Perform bookkeeping and promptly maintain accounting records. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and general ledger balances. Process payments and monitor cash flow. Assist with GST submissions, corporate tax matters, and statutory reporting. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities. Support year-end closing and audit activities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned. Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Minimum 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred. Knowledge of bookkeeping, AP/AR processes, GST, and Singapore tax regulations. Experience handling full sets of accounts is a...
