Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This is an Accountant position with USACE TULSA DISTRICT, RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OFFICE, FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING BRANCH LOCATED IN TULSA, OK Responsibilities Responsible for reviewing and analyzing accounts and evaluating account balances, trends, and conditions to provide guidance to operating officials addressing program funding requirements. Provides accounting data, systems query support and advises program managers on budgetary and program data. Establishes and/or oversees the establishment of chart of accounts for the purposes of maintaining cost accounts for program managers and advises program managers in charge of those accounts.
