Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Enter daily accounting data accurately to maintain up-to-date financial records
  • Prepare invoices and payment vouchers to support timely billing and payment processes
  • Assist with payroll processing to ensure employees are paid correctly and on schedule
  • Organize and maintain filing systems to support efficient document retrieval
  • Perform basic administrative tasks to support office operations
  • Complete other ad hoc duties as assigned to support team needs
