Responsibilities
- Handle general accounting, payroll and tax preparation for various clients
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns
- Preparation of journal entries and bank reconciliation
- Preparation of monthly financial statements
- Update BIR books of accounts
- Meeting clients outside the office and do accounting fieldwork
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the management
- Prepare registration documents for the business registration at SEC, Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and LGU of all clients
- Coordinate requirements to the clients to complete registration requirements
- Keep track of the liquidation of all expenses incurred during registration per client
- Finalize project completion report to be submitted to the client
- Internal client billing and collection tasks
