Job Description
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate is responsible for managing the company's invoicing, sales order processing, and collection activities. This role ensures accurate and timely preparation of invoices, delivery receipts, and account reconciliations while maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal departments. The AR Associate will work closely with the Business Development Officers (BDO), Logistics, and Order Fulfillment Teams (OFT) to resolve discrepancies, monitor accounts, and ensure prompt payment collection.
