Job Description
LMI Technologies is currently seeking a detailed-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our Global Finance team. Reporting to the Accounting Manager at our head office in Burnaby, you will be a key player in ensuring financial integrity. This is a “full-picture” role where you will manage both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring operational efficiency.
Full-Cycle Accounts Payable
- Review, verify, and match vendor invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
- Proactively identify and resolve variances by collaborating with Purchasing and Receiving departments
- Process corporate credit cards and employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to LMI’s Company policy
- Perform timely entry into NetSuite and execute disbursements via EFT, ACH, and wire transfers
- Oversee the onboarding of new vendor profiles and resolve inquiries through regular statement
