Job Description

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support daily financial operations and ensure accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Manage vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
Process payments via EFT, cheques, and wire transfers
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Assist with general ledger maintenance and expense reports
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Support month-end processes and perform ad-hoc duties
