Job Description
Responsibilities
- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Prepare bank deposits
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports and statements
- Assist with the preparation of month-end and year-end closings
- Provide administrative support to the accounting and sales team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable accounting standards and regulations
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
