Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Supervise the accounting team and provide training and development.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • BIR Compliance
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in accounting
  • Skills and Competencies: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership and organizational skills
