Accounting Manager (AP)

Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Manager oversees the entire accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments. This role is responsible for managing the AP team, implementing best practices, maintaining compliance with financial policies, and supporting the organization's cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team, providing guidance and performance feedback. Oversee invoice processing, payment runs, and expense reimbursements to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Develop and enforce AP policies, procedures, and internal controls. Monitor and reconcile accounts payable ledger and resolve discrepancies. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms when necessary.
