Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• Licensure: CPA
• Experience: 4–5 years in an accounting leadership or managerial role
• Core Competencies:
• Accounting principles, taxation, compliance
• Analytical thinking, integrity, attention to detail
• Communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of automated accounting systems
• Training: Relevant updates in accounting standards, taxation, and continuing professional education
