Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and end-year close process and related financial reporting, support billing/ accounts payable/receivable/payroll functions as needed, approve monthly Bank Reconciliation, maintenance of the General Ledger, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, prepare capital assets reconciliations and track capital spend, subledger (AP, AR, and Cash Book) reconciliations, check runs, EFT and wire transfers, payroll (includes the co-design and implementation of the Corporate Bonus Program and calculating entitlement and payout), Sales Commission Program (includes the co-design and implementation of the Program, and generating accurate reports to ensure timely calculation and payout of commissions).
