About the Role Our Hamilton based client is seeking an experienced

Accounting Manager

to oversee financial operations, strengthen internal controls, and lead a high-performing team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate monthly financial reporting, efficient AP processing, and strong audit readiness within a dynamic and service-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead core financial functions including Accounts Payable/Receivable, Accounting, Inventory Management, and Reporting.

Oversee month-end and year-end close and ensure accurate financial statements and automated reporting.

Strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance, and support internal and external audits.

Manage AR and AP operations including vendor payments, reimbursements, EFTs, wires, and corporate credit card programs.

Build and lead a multidisciplinary team, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
