What You’ll Be Doing
+ Lead core accounting functions including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
+ Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
+ Process payroll and support commission calculations
+ Partner closely with leadership on operational and financial initiatives
+ Support process improvements and upcoming system enhancements/migrations
+ Help maintain accurate financial records and internal controls across the organization
What They’re Looking For
+ 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience
