About the Role
We are looking for a hands‑on and business‑oriented Accounting Manager / Jr. Controller to support and oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations while partnering closely with leadership on financial reporting, controls, and process improvement initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation who is ready to take ownership of the accounting function in a fast‑paced and growing environment. The role requires a combination of technical accounting expertise, operational leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive improvements across processes and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading accounting activities under U.S. GAAP, managing month‑end close processes, supporting audits, and mentoring team members, while maintaining a proactive and detail‑oriented approach.
