Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. 1. Financial Planning and Reporting
    • Oversee the planning, organizing, and directing of all aspects of the accounting department, including budget preparation and financial forecasts.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other management analysis reports.
  2. 2. Accounting Control and Compliance
    • Develop and manage a robust accounting control system to ensure all accounting functions comply with accounting principles and government regulations.
    • Manage and process employee payroll to ensure that employees are paid securely.
    • Ensure adherence to Philippines Financial Reporting Standards and company procedures, maintaining accuracy in all financial information and data.
    • Application and processing of PEZA-related documents
