Accounting Manager

About the Position

We are looking for a full‑time Accounting Manager to join our team in Lima. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership: you will manage the day‑to‑day accounting operations for our Peruvian entity, ensure full compliance with SUNAT and local statutory requirements, and maintain our books under IFRS / NIC‑NIIF. You will report directly to the Finance Director. English at B2 or higher is mandatory — this role involves regular communication with US‑based stakeholders and the broader finance team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records under IFRS / NIC‑NIIF; understand how Peruvian statutory books feed into the parent company’s consolidated reporting.
• Prepare and file statutory financial statements (Estados Financieros) in compliance with SUNAT requirements.
