- Lead the accounting team, fostering an efficient and results‑oriented work environment.
- Manage the full RTR process, ensuring that all financial close activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Supervise the recording of transactions, account reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, and bank activities to maintain reliable financial information.
- Prepare financial reports and analyses that support internal monitoring and decision‑making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax obligations and requirements established by the SAT.
- Provide support during audits by delivering necessary information and documentation.
- Serve as backup for additional accounting activities when operational continuity is required.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance the efficiency of financial information flows.
