Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Monitor project budgets and cost reports
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Coordinate with auditors, suppliers, and project managers
- Ensure BIR, tax, and statutory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field
- With 2+ years of experience in general or project-based accounting
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
