We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedAccounting & Sales Support Specialistto support our CEO and Operations team. This role combines accounting expertise with sales administration, ensuring accurate financial reporting, seamless invoicing, payroll processing, and smooth client onboarding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales & Administrative Support

  • Support the Sales Team with day-to-day admin and coordination tasks
  • Help prepare contracts, invoices, and other client documents
  • Assist with client onboarding and renewals
  • Handle invoicing (regular and as needed)
  • Keep records and sales data updated in company systems
  • Process basic updates or changes in billing and accounts
