- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the real estate industry, with exposure to inventory management
- SAP Accounts Receivable Audit Reconciliations

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project cost accruals and perform cost analysis
- Set up project definitions, WBS, and cost breakdowns in SAP
- Process contractor billings and ensure proper deductions are applied
- Prepare and validate purchase requisitions; check material availability in the warehouse
- Submit monthly costing analyses and variance reports to management
- Monitor OSM, material purchases, and contractor payments to ensure compliance with approved budgets
