Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of accruals and payments, with appropriate supporting documentation and compliance to policies
- Perform and maintain account reconciliations, including accrual and payment accounts, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly
- Verify proper handling of customer agreements, ensuring timely receipt, correct documentation, and required approvals in line with internal controls
- Process and monitor invoicing, credit memos, and debit memos, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed timelines and customer expectations
