Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger activities and ensure timely month-end and year-end closings
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Generate management reports and variance analyses
- Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and operational decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (Non-CPA)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Knowledge of local tax codes, financial reporting standards, and audit procedures
