Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions (sales, expenses, and payments)
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Help organize and maintain financial documents and records
- Assist in preparing basic accounting reports and summaries
- Perform data entry tasks in accounting systems or Excel
- Assist in bank reconciliation and checking of financial discrepancies
- Provide general administrative support to the Accounting team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related field
- Willing to be assigned in Batangas for 4 days.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
