Duties and Responsibilities
- Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting systems
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and official receipts
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly closing of accounts
- Maintain organized and accurate financial files and documents
- Prepare basic financial reports and schedules as required
- Assist in payroll processing and government remittances, if needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
- Support audits and provide necessary accounting documents
- Perform other accounting-related tasks assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related field
- With or without experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
