Job Description
Responsibilities and tasks include:
- Communicate with relevant suppliers/vendors and process invoice
- Attach invoice and reconciliation purchase orders
- Deal with external and internal concerns
- Ensuring that all accounts payable activities comply with relevant financial policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy or any related business course
- With or without prior accounting experience
- With basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Team player, keen to details and can meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
