Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to support our Japan business, with the potential for future career growth into a broader finance leadership role.
Reporting to the Finance Controller, this role will oversee core accounting operations across the Pump and Seal businesses in Japan. The position is responsible for closing, reporting, reconciliations, audit support, internal controls, and team development, while working closely with both local and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Oversee accounting operations across GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, inventory, revenue, and cost accounting
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
Prepare and review account reconciliations in BlackLine
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with Japan and US GAAP, and Flowserve policies
