Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the general ledger, journals, and subsidiary ledgers
- Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions
- Prepare and monitor schedules for accounts
- Assist in preparing the company’s annual budget and periodic forecast reports.
- Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and identify variances.
- Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare profitability, operating expenses, and cost control reports, as needed
- Prepare, compute BIR-required tax returns and submit required reports
- Conduct physical inventory counts and lead reconciliation activities.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating accounting policies, procedures, and internal control systems.
Job Requirements
- Must be a graduate of B.S. Accountancy or Business Management
