Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the general ledger, journals, and subsidiary ledgers
  • Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions
  • Prepare and monitor schedules for accounts
  • Assist in preparing the company’s annual budget and periodic forecast reports.
  • Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and identify variances.
  • Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare profitability, operating expenses, and cost control reports, as needed
  • Prepare, compute BIR-required tax returns and submit required reports
  • Conduct physical inventory counts and lead reconciliation activities.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and updating accounting policies, procedures, and internal control systems.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of B.S. Accountancy or Business Management
  • At least 5 years in a General Accounting function...
