Key Responsibilities



  • Maintain and record financial transactions in the general ledger with accuracy and compliance

  • Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable , including invoice processing and monitoring of outstanding balances

  • Ensure timely collections and payments

  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

  • Assist in payroll processing (if applicable)

  • Support financial reporting and auditing activities


Qualifications



  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course

  • At least 3 years of experience in auditing

  • Preferably with experience in manufacturing and PEZA-registered companies
