Accounting/finance administrator

Support AOP planning, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with FP& A
Track sales orders, billing flows, and revenue movements
Support accounts receivable (AR) monitoring and coordination with Finance Ops
Prepare and maintain documentation, controls, and audit-ready processes
Act as a finance business partner to cross‐functional stakeholders, ensuring financial alignment and clarity
Experience in finance, controlling, revenue operations, or accounting roles
COS and margin analysis
Financial reporting and variance analysis
Hands‐on experience with ERP systems (Net Suite strongly preferred)
Experience tracking sales orders, billing, and revenue flows
Strong data analysis skills using Excel / Google Sheets
English fluency required
