Job Description

Assist the Accounts Department

  • Support the processing of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
  • Assist in issuing invoices and purchase orders.
  • Help input payment receipts and supplier invoices into the system.
  • Assist with other accounting-related tasks.

Process Employee Claims

  • Assist in processing employee monthly expenses claims.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in general clerical and administrative matters, including filing, data entry, and preparation of documents and reports.

Ad-Hoc Assignments

  • Any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor or other team members.

Job Category Internship

Academic Qualification Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
