Job Description

  • Handle month-end closing of accounts and preparation of management reports
  • Support monthly payroll service for local & foreign worker.
  • Handle & process staff and director monthly claims.
  • To ensure timely, accurate processing payments to local vendor & sub contractor.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and filing to support all accounting entries.
  • Able to maintain Partial/ full set of management accounts / budgeting / liaising with auditors
  • Quarterly GST reporting / submission and other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years working experience
  • Experience in preparing full set of accounts is essential
  • Well verse in GST quarterly returns
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Responsible, meticulous and able to work with tight deadline
