Job Description

Responsible for supporting full set accounting functions for Singapore operations. This position is based at our Malaysia office in Ulu Tiram, Johor.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full spectrum of AR, AP, GL, inter‑company balances, transactions and prepare reports detailing financial results for Singapore companies.
  • Report to Headquarter Accounts Department in Singapore.
  • Perform month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain fixed asset & other balance sheet schedules.
  • Handle financial reporting, tax, GST, audit matters and government and statutory reporting.
  • Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year working experience in accounting field.
  • Familiar with Singapore GST rules is an advantage.
