Square Peg Associates is on the lookout for a committed Accounts Assistant to be a part of our client's top-tier business situated close to Preston. This essential role forms a key component of our client's finance team and encompasses a diverse range of accounting duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase Ledger - being the first point of contact for purchase ledger enquiries, setting up new suppliers, ensuring all invoices are checked and entered correctly
- Weekly payment runs
- Processing expenses and mileage claims
- Month end reconciliations
- Daily bank reconciliations of bank and cash
- Credit control
- Ad hoc duties
