Posting of outlet sales

Reconcile POS reports to sales collection

Posting of AP invoices and credit notes

Preparation of payment

Process petty cash claims

Prepare subcontractors’ and suppliers’ payments

Update bank balances

Requirement
  • Data entry skills
  • Experience in F&B industry
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Window knowledge will be an advantage
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin & English
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in Excel and Xero preferred
