Job Description

  • General administrative task & support
  • Handling accounts receivable & accounts payable
  • Handling general Accounting Tasks
  • Administering payroll & maintaining employee records
  • Handle MOM matters including work pass application / renewal / cancellation
  • Workers dormitory arrangement.
  • Coordinate with training & Development.
  • Administer leave / MC records.
  • Monthly CPF submission.
  • Prepare employment letter, confirmation letter, warning letter, etc.
  • Support admin function for purchasing, report typing and invoicing.
  • Licence renewal & preparation of documents for submission.
  • Prossess good organization, communication and people's skills
  • Any ad-hoc HR & admin duties assigned.
